SECURE YOUR BOOKING

Hourly studio and rehearsal bookings require payment at booking. Larger production, music-direction and PA projects require a 50% booking deposit. The remaining balance is payable before the project, session or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking Policy

THE DETAILS, CLEARLY STATED.

STUDIO SESSIONS

A minimum 2-hour booking applies to standard recording sessions. Your booking time includes setup and file management, so artists should arrive promptly. Additional time is charged according to availability.

CANCELLATION

More than 72 hours' notice: booking may be rescheduled once without a rescheduling charge. Between 24–72 hours: 50% of the booking value may be retained or charged. Less than 24 hours or no-show: booking is normally non-refundable.

PRODUCTION PROJECTS

Production work begins following payment of the agreed deposit. Any external musicians, specialist equipment or third-party services will be quoted separately unless specifically included in the package.

FILES

Clients should bring a suitable storage device or arrange file transfer after their session. Project files should not be treated as indefinitely archived unless an archive service has been agreed.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

Government-issued identification and a refundable security deposit may be required. The hirer is responsible for equipment while it is in their possession. Full hire terms are supplied before collection or delivery.
